This science teacher, Ms. El Hassan, shares her Check and Change strategy. Learners start by considering a phenomenon and completing a sentence starter about it. The class then reviews and gathers evidence about the phenomenon. Finally, learners have the opportunity to change their initial sentence starter to better align with new learning.
