Protect Ocean Habitats
Science tells us that we must protect 30% of the ocean by 2030 to help stop the overexploitation of marine life, combat the worst effects of the climate crisis, and ensure an equitable and healthy future for the next generations.
In December of 2022, world leaders committed to the global goal of protecting 30% of ocean habitat by 2030. But now it’s time to hold them to their word. Add your name and urge world leaders to act.
Stop Plastic Pollution
This year’s FIFA World Cup will have millions of fans in attendance, spanning across 16 cities between Canada, Mexico, and the United States. So, we’re encouraging the event’s sponsor, Coca-Cola, to use this international stage to commit to reuse and help kick single-use plastic waste out of our sports stadiums for good.
Safeguard Marine Wildlife
The Endangered Species Act (ESA) is facing ongoing attacks from the United States government. But since 1973, the ESA has helped protect over 1,600 species of plants and animals from going extinct. These ocean animals have no say in how this goes, so it’s up to us to use our voices. Join us in speaking up in their defense.

Protecting our oceans takes all of us. Over the past 25 years, Oceana has secured more than 350 victories and protected over 4 million square miles of ocean, all thanks to supporters like you.
