Our own Bob Henson on the Brian Lehrer show » Yale Climate Connections

Date:

If you live in the New York City area, you may have heard a familiar name on WNYC Tuesday morning, when host Brian Lehrer introduced meteorologist Bob Henson, a regular contributor to Yale Climate Connections and the author of “The Thinking Person’s Guide to Climate Change.”

Henson spoke with Lehrer and WNYC callers about the biggest weather news of the week: Hurricane Beryl, record hot temperatures in the West, and the ongoing human-caused climate change that is fueling weather extremes around the world: “If you turn up the burners, you’re going to get more bubbling on the stove,” Henson explained. Listen to the interview.

We help millions of people understand climate change and what to do about it. Help us reach even more people like you.
