A Rosefulness™ WONDER Walk to Notice the Living World

Date:

My daughter recently drew my attention to a flower. Her invitation to notice offers a simple starting point for this practice: follow a child’s attention and allow yourself to discover what they see. A flower, sounds in nature like a bird’s song, or sunshine moving across a leaf can become a meeting place between generations.

In my work with Ivy Child International, I call this reciprocal teaching and learning, anchored in trust, the Mindfulness Multiplier Effect™. WONDER brings that spirit into our relationship with the living world. Awareness begins with the body and grows through attention, connection, and collective care. You can stand, walk, roll, sit outdoors, or peer through a window. Choose a place where you can pause.

Honor the natural rhythm of your breath. Move through the six invitations below, or stay with one that speaks to you. You can always return to the others another time.
